1. Refund not allowed expect in one case you can try product while the courier waits for you to try it in 5 minutes if you don’t find it suitable for you just you only pay shipping fees only, provided it’s in it’s original condition.
2. Exchange is only offered within 48 hours of receiving a defected scarf or wrong scarf. in case of exchanging without any reasons you will have to pay shipping fees. , provided it’s in it’s original condition, unworn and with tags on.

• will not be able to replace your order if  :

1. You don’t notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order
2. Product has been worn or even tried on leaving perfume scent, makeup stains or pin holes,
3. Tags have been removed.
